Steel Frontier [DVD]

In a post-apocalyptic world ruled by thugs, a lone cowboy arrives to liberate a small town. The action never stops in this futuristic, apocalyptic western. The world as we know it has crumbled in despair. In the desert wastelands, survivors create an oasis, a place they call New Hope. Soon outlaw ex-soldiers ride in to town and it's the wild west all over again. There's another "new hope" in the form of a quick-drawing gunman named Yuma. At first, he joins the gunslingers who have taken over the outpost, but there is more to him than meets the eye.
